Over the years me and my partner have had several different makes of cars and we have never been treated so well. We even said we would buy another bmw just based on the service you provide.
All issues resolved swiftly and accurately. Can't really ask for more.
All work evaluated, quoted for accurately and completed on time.
Vehicle was booked in for a health check,but in particular have used Sytner Tamworth before and always found them to be professional when dealing with them.
Nothing to complain about
Excellent facility, easy to park, friendly knowledgeable staff.
For me this represents complete satisfaction with an eye, always, to room for improvement.
Lot of money for what appears to be an oil and filter change. Environment at Tamworth is excellent for customers who wait.
The lady (Nicola i think) was great and very apologetic and arranged to have my car fixed quickly, but did involve disruption to me and my business. Im still watching the brakes fix as i am unconvinced, but lets wait and see.

I booked in advance to have my tyres done but when I arrived the tyres weren't there so had to be ordered on the day. This meant waiting for a long time. Although I made it clear that I needed to leave at a certain time, I ended up leaving very late
Overall the experience was good but keeping my car overnight was unexpected and arranging a courtesy car was problematic (mainly as I had no idea I would need my driving licence). All caused by a part not being delivered in time.

Lovely centre, easy to use. However, they forgot to reset my service light so that when I collected the car, I had to go back into the showroom whilst they took it back to reset.
I found the experience easy, without stress and impressed by the organization. I am also impressed by the preliminary actions being contacted before the event to plan the date. The car is too clever telling you when it needs the next service !!!!
I was disappointed when being the first to arrive at 7.40am, I was the last person after 4 others pulled in afterwards to be seen to.

Dealt with recall issue and good communications
Following an issue with Sytners of Sheffield, I needed to have my car serviced for the first time. Sheffied and Tamworth liaised on the problem and my requirements were met by Tamworth without issue.
Technician could not see a problem so he assumed there was none - he should not be so dismissive a customer's complaint and should have bothered to ask questions. Not impressed with Sytner's service - hope this is not of foretaste of things to come.
Great and friendly service very prompt
I Was informed about the diagnosis of the problem and appropriately cost of the repair which was carried out on the same day. It meant that I wasn't without the car.

I was left waiting for an hour to be seen by a receptionist. They had actually started to work on the car before I was seen by anybody There was confusion with another customer and my bill was reduced to compensate. However it should have taken 1hr.

Two issues were raised 1) Exhaust blowing and 2) Squeak from wheel. These were advised as not been found but are both still an issue on the car.
Log books wasn't sent out and I got a fine , had to come back twice to sort out paperwork not completed correctly

Vehicle was in for its 'birthday' check, wash and clean. When I got the vehicle back it was very clean apart from at the bottom on the side skirts which the technician had completely missed.
From booking the appointment complete with loan car at short notice, to taking the car into Tamworth, the time given to me by your young lady representative was impressive. Collection of the car was a pleasure. A very good all round experience.

I booked the car through the BMW website and was under the impression that I had booked a time slot for the recall repairs of 90 minutes, starting at around 10.45. However, the repairs didn't start until afternoon and took all day to complete.

As previous answer. The only thing that prevented it from being a maximum score was that there was a slight delay when I arrived to collect my car. That said, I think the reason was that the Body Shop manager wanted to explain certain things.
Excellent service from start to finish. Able to drive straight into reception bay and after few minutes of paper work drive away in courtesy car. Received a phone call a few hours later to say it was ready and picked up without problem.

When collecting a new car with new fitted options , I feel that more time is needed during handover to fully cover all the features of the vehicle which are sold to you. Still not got Parking Plus to work after paying for the option.

Tim really searched everywhere for the colour car I wanted. He managed to find the exact car I wanted even with the extra bits on which I really like. I know this was quite difficult due to availability and deadline.
Ian Haughey who was the salesman who was great and kept me updated whilst my car was getting delivered However 1 week later I found out the paper work was not completed properly I had to go back to the centre to sort it out.. which wasted my time !
