The adviser was informative and efficient
They went above and beyond expectations even sendin a video of my car being serviced.
BMW software gave a wrong description of the tyres fitted. Presumably the IT had not been updated

Great customer service let down a little by BMW emergency who came out to the car due to a fault with the convertible roof that stated do not drive - BMW emergency said the roof was locked and safe and refused to take the car leaving my wife to do it

I was very satisfied with the service I received
I was offered a drink and shortly after that Nichola went through the paperwork with me, it was all very straight forward.
From the first telephone call to check my on-line booking I was treated with the utmost courtesy, the "Drive-in Service" was brilliant, promises of phone calls keeping me informed were met, and the collection process was Business Class all round.
I was treated incredibly badly on arrival and ignored by the customer service team while a male customer who arrived quite some time after me, was served first , offered and served with a drink and provided with a courtesy car, all long before I was

Waited 2 hrs for an oil and filter change. Technician couldn't reset service schedule. Car has covered 6k miles in two years so not like it's an old car. Resetting should be an easy procedure

I was looked after from the initial phone call arrangement until I returned to pick my vehicle up once the service was completed. Everything was first class.
Quoted one day for service, MOT and warranty work. Car not ready at end day 1. Collected day 2 but engine coolant leaked on my drive. Caused by technicians work. Returned car but had to be kept overnight for part to be ordered. Overall 3 days.
Great service but if you would like a opportunity to improve, one of your hosts struggles with smiling and eye contact.
The car was completed on time and a full report on the cars health was given to me on completion.

As previously stated the successful outcome took more of my input than I would have expected.
replacement part needed could take up to 2 weeks, however part was found and job done in about 24 hours.
Luckily taxi didn't turn up, and my car was ready in 90 minutes

The service experience was fine. Although I was told it would only take a 2 hour slot when I dropped the car off at 11:30amHowever I was called at 3:30/4:00 saying it was complete.If I had been called sooner I would have been able to collect my car

The front Perspex light cover had cracked and what should have been a £100 max job turned into a £1000 job as the light is a fixed unit. This whilst not the service teams problem leaves a very nasty taste from a customer perspective.
Easy to book. Professional staff. Service completed in good time. One point knocked off as my foot pedals were heavily polished making them incredibly slippery which made driving difficult.

As above and when we had a technical problem with the car it was sorted by the dealership although I have to say that a broken storage compartment lock on abrand new car that has take over 4 weeks to get a replacement and fit is very disappointed
