we seemed to wait a long time
Were able to change loan vehicle when it wasnt suitable.
I was not advised to drive in through the roll up doors on arrival so parked up and was told afterwards to enter through the doors

When the car came out of the service area, it had warning brake light on the dashboard that wasn't there before and they forgot to give me the paperwork to take home. When rung up for it it took them over a week to send it.
No offers of a hot drink on arrival. Item I asked to be looked at was not addressed until I returned to collect the vehicle which incurred a further wait
Frustrated that so many of my settings had been changed i.e. Radio, air conditioning, seat positions. Would be nice to have car returned with drivers seat at least close to normal position.
Courteous staff. All explanations given, replacement car, good coffee. What's not to like.
The service I received from my first telephone call to the dealership through to collecting my car and beyond was impressive.
I dealt with Daniel Walker, he looked after me from start to finish, nothing was any trouble to him, a really nice trustworthy guy.

I was slightly annoyed at the service received, I was told my car would be cleaned. When I opened the boot I noticed it hadn't been cleaned and was advised after that they don't do the boot. Should have advised me before that my boot wouldn't be clea

Service was good, however the complementary clean didn't seem that good. A work colleague of mine has a Toyota, and his complimentary clean included cleaning the windows internally aswell as vacuuming the boot. This did not occur in my vehicle.

My vehicle service was very good.I also faulted my vehicle as it has a noisy squeak coming from the rear suspension when going over bumps, however Sytner Tamworth were unable to fault this. Almost immediately on the way home I could hear the noise.

I had two issues with the car which were successfully resolved. However, I was left with a dent and scratch on the bonnet and the fuse and repair kit from the boot were damaged and not put back in their rightful place.

The entire process was excellent, from booking the appointment, Nichola's professionalism to the brilliant video produced by the tech. However, I have an issue with the overall pricing - and how these are unreasonable in the market place.
Months of disappointment with buying a car, having my personal number plate not put into retention, having issues with the new car, and then having to change that car for another. This car now is under 3 years old, and already has issues

It's a shame there are not more cars available for customers to use whilst a vehicle is being dealt with. I came in for a MOT and and issue with lights. I was there at 9am and got my car back at 4:45. That's a long time to wait.

A long standing issue resolved out of warranty at reasonable cost, promptly, professionally and friendly. I like to know what's being done to my cars and they don't keep me at arms length. I've found the Mini workshop to be far better than the BMW.

The service was very good.
The experience was straightforward and communication was good before and once the car had been completed.
I was advised when booking MOT that I could wait whilst vehicle was tested and told it would take 2 hours. As I had traveled from Shenstone it was easier for me to wait for the vehicle. I had to wait almost 3 hours.
Prompt efficient professional and friendly staff
The staff are friendly and welcoming and will always show consideration to my needs in respect of times I need my car when they are doing any work on it.
My car was collected from my home and delivered when done. Love the video from the mechanic who worked on my car, reassuring me everything was ok.

Great customer service let down a little by BMW emergency who came out to the car due to a fault with the convertible roof that stated do not drive - BMW emergency said the roof was locked and safe and refused to take the car leaving my wife to do it

Everything was polished and smooth with an excellent Sales Executive in Martyn Timmis who was well supported by Daniel Bird. Martyn is a credit to Sytner and to BMW and is head and shoulders above any other Sales Executive I have bought from before.

As above and when we had a technical problem with the car it was sorted by the dealership although I have to say that a broken storage compartment lock on abrand new car that has take over 4 weeks to get a replacement and fit is very disappointed
