Firstly I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect, shown to a seat and offered refreshment. Details of the pending service given and explained. My courtesy car arrived and I was on my way.

The service experience was fine. Although I was told it would only take a 2 hour slot when I dropped the car off at 11:30amHowever I was called at 3:30/4:00 saying it was complete.If I had been called sooner I would have been able to collect my car
The service from the team is excellent however having only owned the car for 2 months it has been back 4 times already, there seems to be one problem after another the latest is that there is a wheel nut missing!!

The front Perspex light cover had cracked and what should have been a £100 max job turned into a £1000 job as the light is a fixed unit. This whilst not the service teams problem leaves a very nasty taste from a customer perspective.
Easy to book. Professional staff. Service completed in good time. One point knocked off as my foot pedals were heavily polished making them incredibly slippery which made driving difficult.

Always a good experience but this time the management system didn't work on return of vehicle. No sat nav and no links to music. This came on half way through the day after reporting it to BMW and didn't then need to go to the service centre.
I was well looked after on arrival and communicated with aporopriately throughout the day.
Service carried out efficiently, within promised time frame and returned fullyvaleted.

Very crowded parking - had to park on some others company parking spaces. But the service given was exceptional - gotten in with a warning light, expecting having to return another day; was suprised to have it done within waiting time. Great!
Good customer service
Parts unavailability meant that the work could not be completed to the original schedule meaning a second booking was required. Not a major issue for me though.
Sent car in for investigation into water residue in rear tail lights. Not only did they complete the investigation within the day, when I went back to collect they had also completed the work replacing the lights so I did not have to take it back in.

The service was basically fine but the car had to be kept for over 2 weeks whilst a part was sourced. One of the issues I asked to be checked was the pedestrian safety system and that does not work at all now
GREAT SERVICE, AND ATTENTION.
I had a new windscreen fitted and the reason for the visit was to polish out marks which should have been spotted when the windscreen was originally fitted. Clearly, it wasn't cleaned or inspected after it was fitted.

The whole experience of booking, attending the site, and collecting my car after the service had been completed was very good . Sytner were professional in all aspects. However an issue with the air con is being investigated on 3rd May .

The experience was good. However, on arrival my contact disappeared and I was left wondering what was required of me?Also on handing the car back, the free wash and vac was very poor. Some parts of the car were dirty.Everything else was perfect.
collected vehicle from home due as I could not drive vehicle to garage as I had injured my back with prolapsed disk.So at least the car was kept to plan !

Routine service was absolutely fine. The stop/start has not worked on my car since about September last year. I was told it had been held off due to the battery not being fully charged. I measured voltage at 12.1v engine off and 15.1 engine running?
Excellent service, its shame a new car needed attention! A new ignition
Car still not fixed after 3 months with non-working parking sensors. Long delays "booking it in" and the need to "book it in again" after yet another month following the "diagnosis" that the parking sensor was not working! (No s**t sherlock! )
They did what it said on the tin, and in the time specified.
Ease of checking in through drive in service center. Greeted on exit of the vehicle and quick transit to service area to complete paperwork.
Every thing was done to high standards.
This is the second time I've had to make repeat visits to get an issue resolved. On this occasion the real fault was missed when I first had the vehicle inspected so I was severely disrupted when it was rendered immobile with no notice.

I took the car in on Thursday with a minor problem and was given an appointment for the following morning. While the car was at service I was told what was necessary and the cost for the repair. This was about what I expected.

The car is perfect for what I want. A auto dimming mirror should be standard when spending this amount on a car for example.
