My car went for recall. You only did week days so I had to have a day off work to get the car to you out of my allowed holiday for the year. Weekends would of been so much better. Plus you made me pay for a loan car and you did fix the recall.

It was chaos. I asked for the passenger door to be checked as it wouldn't open, the car was in for its MOT so I knew this needed to be fixed, I also asked if the drivers seat belt could be checked as it was sticking. I can't add anymore no characters

Miss match between pricing on the app vs what was charged, not clear at all if price on app includes or excludes VAT. When the bill arrived it wasn't very clear, the prices were all adjusted, rather than the full amount been shown minus 50% discount
