Again I can't fault the whole process which is very simple. It's the basics which BMW get right and so many get wrong.

took too long booked in for 10 am did not get car back until about 4.00 pm. service should have started at 10.00. I don't think it did
Really good service and I was kept in the loop from start to finish.
Overall service experience was up to the high standard I expected.
The staff are friendly and courteous, they tell you what they are going to do, give you a price and wash and vac. your car. Tea or coffee while you wait.

bit picky but been to you a lots and hospitality has always been great, this time didn't feel special, guy who does the coffee was busy chatting away to his friend (one of your employees) instead of looking after customers.

It was expensive, they wanted an hours pay to diagnose that the remote was broken at £100 replacing the key costs £150. There was no offer to "see what we can do" which is what I expect for £2.5k of service.
Very slick and professional, but the 90minute 'Fast track' service took 150 minutes. From this and previous visits, things taking significantly longer than advised at outset seems to be the norm.
Was taken care by staff and keep completely Informed when my car was to be collected So was very helpful in planning my day

Car has never looked as good or run as well
I feel like half of my issue was resolved. but I still have a annoying clicking coming from my brakes. I have been told this is normal which I do not agree.
Would of given a completely satisfied score, but I was told to back in 3 hours, and work was not completed for a further hour, a simple phone call could of avoided this.
The fault was rectified and the vehicle retutned to me washed and vacuumed.
The staff who looked after me were very attentative and answered any questions I had.
The problem has not been fixed.

Was very well looked after, good drop off and collection experience with good service including a drink for my daughter and I. Only let down was that the courtesy car was very dirty outside and we were the first to use it that day.
Quite a long wait to be seen initially. Later, I was sent the MoT certificate for completely the wrong vehicle so had to get in touch to get the correct one sent through. And the Service Indicator was not updated correctly so I had to go back again.
Tried to charge me £150 to change valves as after market caps had seized on, was charged £20 as the technician had sheered one off. Took me 15 minutes to remove the other 3 valve caps when I got home and cost me nothing! Money making exercise?
Boot not cleaned on the first time and I wasn't informed that you didn't do this. Also, the electrical sockets at the working areas whilst waiting for my car and working from the showroom, did not work and this was not informed to me.
Everything was what I would expect...
I was kept fully informed of progress at all times. I was consulted regarding additional costs. I was squeezed in for new tyre fittings the following day, in recognition of the urgency, even though this was clearly my oversight.

Everything was sorted on the day with no fuss and, being a warranty matter, no charge either.

The original repair wasn't completed correctly, but the remedial action to resolve the problem was perfect. If the job had been done correctly first time, I would have awarded 5 stars.
Everything that they said they would do they did. The only criticism I can level at them was with regards to the wash and valet which was promised after the check which had been overlooked but then carried out which meant me having to wait.
The car is still making a squeaking noise when braking at low speeds

Had an M-Performance exhaust fitted at the same time and also no bother to leave the vehicle on site for a couple of day whilst I was on a business trip!! All good!!

First ever time a BMW dealership for service so didn't know what to expect. Some conflicting information between online to face to face but once resolved, a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

As above plus I was quoted £400 for changing front brake pads which ended up costing me £120 to buy (from Sytner) and took half an hour to fit
It is disappointing have my to pay £90 for a diagnostic fee and asked to pay £590 for repairs on a car that is just over 4 years old. Ive had better service from competitors.

After sat nav update my system stop working correctly. This cost me two days, 190£ and two trips to BMW. Many people have the same issue

Everything went well. I was rather taken aback when the initial cost of the brake pad replacement was quoted to me and then equally stunned when the cost reduced very dramatically when I mentioned we were in the process of purchasing another vehicle.

Courtesy car needed a good wash. A little impersonal feeling with a central booking office rather than the team directly - inquired to confirm courtesy car. Debbie was great.

The people at Sytner Tamworth are always courteous for whatever reason I drop in. Timing projections for service are realistic and while you wait jobs have always been completed on time to include offer of car valet service.
