First ever time a BMW dealership for service so didn't know what to expect. Some conflicting information between online to face to face but once resolved, a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

As above plus I was quoted £400 for changing front brake pads which ended up costing me £120 to buy (from Sytner) and took half an hour to fit
It is disappointing have my to pay £90 for a diagnostic fee and asked to pay £590 for repairs on a car that is just over 4 years old. Ive had better service from competitors.

After sat nav update my system stop working correctly. This cost me two days, 190£ and two trips to BMW. Many people have the same issue

Everything went well. I was rather taken aback when the initial cost of the brake pad replacement was quoted to me and then equally stunned when the cost reduced very dramatically when I mentioned we were in the process of purchasing another vehicle.

Service reception very personable but setvice took longer than schedued. Difficult to make contact by phone with appropriate team to book required follow up.
The people at Sytner Tamworth are always courteous for whatever reason I drop in. Timing projections for service are realistic and while you wait jobs have always been completed on time to include offer of car valet service.

had health check, pads need replacing in July (rear) and front (sept), have been advised that the car will also need new discs. Car will have only covered 30 & 35k miles at this point. brought the car from tamworth 1yr ago at 10k miles. Dissapointed.

Rang the Service Department on a Monday, spoke to Danielle, car booked in for the following day. Health check carried out on braking system, also road test. Disc pads removed and lubricated under warranty, car returned valeted at 5 pm.

Everyone I dealt with from booking through to collection was personable and pleasant at all times.
Drive into an under cover bay to drop car off and welcomed by a member of staff as I got out of the car. I had a one to one meeting with another member of staff to discuss the repairs required and I waited in comfortable surroundings with coffee.
The verification took about 1 hour and the location of dealership is great since it allowed me to browse nearby shops while I was waiting.
Danielle was great.I particularly liked the video which gave me a clear and simple explanation.

Too service and customer care
Tamworth is some 30 miles away from us and we arrived almost 40 minutes late.This did not present a problem and the car was completed almost an hour early from the estimated competion time.

Greeting and service work was excellent, Danielle Smith dealt with me very efficiently. My only dissatisfaction was when I went to collect the car, although it was ready, the service manager held a staff meeting so I had to wait a further 40 mins.
Satisfactory experience with coffee and opportunity to view other cars and discuss purchase with part-exchange. Rather disappointed with value of part-x - high depreciation. Some more reasonable offers for buying new and 0% terms

Service was very good, however I had a brake calliper problem I was told would be £700 to rectify. I had an independent quote for £150.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the time it took to complete the service, as I was told it would take 90 mins so I waited. It took almost an hour longer than anticipated.
Each time I have visited I had had an excellent experience.

I was offered endless amounts of coffee while I waited for my car to be checked over, which is a bonus. I was complimented on the car which was nice.
Microfilter Service carried out and two recalls done. Just seems expensive, £222 for an oil change and look at the car.
When I booked the repair I was told the part would be in stock and the repair completed on the day. I was then promised the car would be ready by 9.00am the next morning but the wrong part arrived. Consequently I was without a car for nearly 2 days
it would have been better but the loan car I had was dirty inside and out
While the car was being serviced I was able to see the car, the service engineer sent a video and the hospitality was second to none

What is there not to like ? Coffee, warm reception and a 530d courtesy car ! After having this car for 2 days there is no need to test drive a Jaguar for my next car the decision has been made a 530d.
